We work with a limited number of clients at a time, which means your project gets our full attention — from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. Here’s what that looks like.
We start by listening. Before anything is planned, priced, or proposed, we take the time to understand your property, your goals, and what a successful outcome looks like to you. This is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
We’ll ask about your timeline, your priorities, and anything that’s been on your mind about the project. By the end of this step, we both know whether we’re the right fit — and we’ll tell you honestly if we’re not.
Once we’ve agreed to move forward, our team develops a detailed project plan: scope of work, materials, timeline, and investment. We present this to you clearly, with no ambiguity about what’s included.
You’re involved in every material and finish decision. We bring options and recommendations; you make the calls. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
Work begins with your project manager on-site from day one. Our crews are experienced, professional, and respectful of your property — job sites are kept clean and work is sequenced to minimize disruption to your home.
You receive regular updates at every milestone. If anything changes — a material lead time, a field condition, a design decision — you hear about it from us before it becomes a problem.
Before we consider a project finished, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you. Every item on the punch list is addressed. We don’t hand over a property with open items. After completion, many of our clients choose to continue the relationship through our Estate Management program — ensuring their investment is protected for the long term.

We don’t pursue every job. We never have. Taking on fewer projects means we can give each one the attention it deserves — the right crew, the right oversight, and a project manager who knows your job by name, not by number.
It also means that when we commit to a project, we’re committed fully. Our reputation is built on the quality of our completed work, not the volume of it. We’d rather do fewer projects exceptionally well than more projects adequately.
It depends entirely on the scope. A kitchen remodel typically runs six to ten weeks. A whole-home renovation can take four to eight months. We’ll give you a realistic timeline during the design phase — and we stick to it.
Yes. We manage all required permits and inspections as part of the project. You don’t have to navigate the permitting process yourself.
Your project manager is your primary point of contact and is reachable directly throughout the build. You’ll receive milestone updates at key stages, and we surface anything relevant as it comes up — not after the fact.
Selectively. We have extensive experience with insurance restoration work and understand the process well. That said, we’re careful about which claims and insurance relationships we take on. We’re happy to discuss your specific situation during a consultation.
Yes. We stand behind our work. Warranty specifics are outlined in your project agreement and vary by scope and material type. We’ll cover this in detail before you sign anything.
We primarily serve The Woodlands, Montgomery, Willis, Conroe, Spring, Magnolia, and Tomball. If your property is nearby and the project is a strong fit, reach out — we’re happy to discuss it.
